Whizzy Digital ("we", "us" or "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Kumasi, Ghana. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when we provide our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address when you fill in our contact form or book a strategy call
  • Details about your business, city and the services you are interested in
  • Messages you send us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp
  • Access details you choose to share so we can manage your Google Business Profile, website, ad or social accounts
  • Billing details needed to invoice you (payments are processed by banks, mobile money or card providers, not stored on this website)

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the website that referred you, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a strategy call
  • To provide our Local SEO, lead generation, website design and social media marketing services
  • To send monthly reports and service updates
  • To invoice you and keep business records
  • To improve our website and understand which pages are useful
  • To send occasional marketing messages, only where you have agreed, with an easy way to opt out

3. Contact Form Processing

Our contact forms are processed by LocusPilot, a lead-capture service that receives the form, filters spam and forwards your message to us by email. Only the information you enter in the form, plus the page you sent it from, is passed on.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as form processing, email, hosting and analytics providers
  • Advertising and listing platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok, when we manage campaigns or profiles on your behalf and with your permission
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers
  • Authorities, where the law requires it

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working and to measure visits. We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and advertising pixels to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our own marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to client accounts is limited to the team members working on them. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords by unsecured channels.

8. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
