1. Agreement to These Terms

By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you engage Whizzy Digital for a service, the scope, price and start date confirmed in writing (for example in a proposal, invoice or email) form part of our agreement together with these terms.

2. Our Services

Whizzy Digital provides digital marketing services for local businesses, including:

• Local SEO Services: Get found in Google Maps and local search with our 5-Step Local Ranking Method.
• Local Website Design: Mobile-first websites built for local search, leads and Ghanaian mobile networks.
• Local Lead Generation (Google, Meta & TikTok Ads): Managed Google, Meta and TikTok campaigns that turn ad spend into calls and WhatsApp leads.
• Social Media Marketing: Planned content, short-form video and community management across your chosen platforms.
• The Local Growth Package: all four services together for $699 per month.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are quoted in US dollars as published on our pricing page at the time you sign up, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Monthly services are invoiced in advance. Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed on your invoice.
• The Local SEO first month ($399) covers audit and setup work, which starts as soon as the month begins.
• We may change published prices for new clients at any time. For existing clients, we will give written notice before any change takes effect.

4. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend on Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform is not included in our management fees. Ad spend is paid to the platforms, either directly by you or billed to you separately at cost. You set the budget, and we will not exceed an agreed budget without your approval.

5. Results

We work to a documented plan and report honestly every month. However, search rankings, ad performance and social reach depend on platforms and factors we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads or sales.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business and timely access to the accounts we need
• Review and approve content within a reasonable time
• Make sure anything you supply, such as photos, logos and text, is yours to use
• Respond to the leads and enquiries our work brings in

7. Ownership of Accounts and Work

Your Google Business Profile, website domain and advertising accounts belong to your business. We work on them as managers. Once paid for, the website we build for you and the content we create for your business are yours to use. We may keep tools, templates and methods we developed ourselves.

8. Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled in writing. Any notice period is set out in your proposal or invoice. When you cancel, we will hand back access to your accounts and remove our own access on request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Whizzy Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party platforms.

10. Website Content

The content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Whizzy Digital unless stated otherwise. Guides and articles are general information, not advice for your specific situation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
