The Local Growth Package: Local SEO, Ads, Website and Social Media for $699 a Month

Most small businesses we meet in Kumasi and Accra are paying for marketing in pieces. A freelancer for the website, someone else for Facebook, maybe a boosted post here and there, and nobody looking at Google Maps at all. Each piece costs money, and nobody is in charge of making them work together.

That is why we put our four core services into one plan: the Local Growth Package, at $699 per month. This post explains what is in it, what isn’t, and who it is for.

What the Package Includes

The Local Growth Package covers four services, run together by one team:

• Local SEO for up to 4 business locations. Our 5-Step Local Ranking Method: research and strategy, Google Business Profile management, a localised website, citations and link building, and analytics and reporting.
• Lead generation. Management of your paid campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok, including targeting, tracking and monthly lead reporting.
• Website design and management. Your website built, then maintained, with new content published and ongoing optimisation. The build is included free.
• Social media marketing on up to 4 platforms. Content calendar, posts and short-form video, publishing and community replies.

What is not included

Advertising spend on Google, Meta and TikTok is billed separately. The $699 covers our management work. The money the platforms charge to show your ads is paid to them, and you see it as its own line.

Why We Built It

We kept seeing the same problem. A business would rank well on Google Maps but send visitors to a slow website. Or it would run Facebook ads that pointed to a page with an old phone number. The services were fine on their own, but nobody joined them up.

In the package, the same team plans everything:

• Your Google Business Profile posts, social content and ads share the same offers and photos.
• Your website is built around the keywords your SEO and ads are targeting.
• One monthly report covers rankings, calls, leads, traffic and social reach, followed by one strategy review with your account manager.

For businesses that need three or four of these services, the package is the better deal. If you only need one, a single service may cost less, and we will tell you so. • Multi-branch businesses with locations in both Kumasi and Accra, since Local SEO covers up to 4 locations.
• Owners without a marketing team who want one accountable partner instead of several freelancers.

It is less suited to a business that only needs a website, or only wants to rank one shop in Google Maps. For those, a single service is the honest answer.

How to Get Started

Every package starts with research: an audit of your Google Business Profile and website, a look at your competitors, and keyword and location research for your real service area. That becomes a rolling 180-day action plan, reviewed with you every two months.
